Bike & Nordic
According to many cycling tourists, Abruzzo is a real paradise for two-wheel lovers, road bikes or mountain bikes. There are itineraries that run alongside the sea, cross our hills or reach the highest peaks, offering wonderful and uncontaminated glimpses of nature combined with impressive climbs.
For mountain bike lovers there are paths that develop on the edges of the gullies or follow the banks of the rivers offering always different emotions.
For several years Punta de l’Est has been offering a series of ad hoc services free of charge, ranging from storage to the small workshop to provide for minor repairs, to the laundry area for technical clothing.
Cycling
Also available are the personal cycling maps of Punta de l’Est for road bikes with 16 fantastic routes in the hinterland and the guide “By mountain bike through Abruzzo” created by the Vitale brothers, famous bikers of our region.
If you wish to make guided tours with federal MTB instructors, a valid team of professionals is at your disposal while for road bikes it will be our expert guide to reveal our territory to you.
If you want to leave your bike at home, you can rent excellent bikes with the same quality standard. Let us know your measurements (A and D as per drawing), the type of pedals: at your arrival you will find the bicycle directly in our store.
Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking is a sport for everyone and consists of walking with the functional use of special poles.
Its strength is that it can be practiced anywhere from parks to trails, on snow or on the beach. You can walk with sticks enjoying instant benefits.
We offer first-level 4-hour courses in two appointments with qualified instructors to learn the basic techniques. If you are already a Nordic Walker, we organize 3 or 4 hour excursions in the hinterland or along the coast with a guide. At your disposal the sticks for free. A participation fee is required and a minimum number of 5 participants.
